HISTORY
• 1990-PROCER is founded
• 1990-1996 PROCER was known as a distribution company for drinks (soda and alcoholics) in Bucharest, Brasov, Constanta. During this period, PROCER’s partner companies were: “VINIA”,”MURFATLAR”,”JIDVEI”,”VINCON”,”COTNARI”,“URSUS” (part of SABMiller PLC -South African Breweries & Miller), SEAGRAM (RICARDO PERNOD).
• PROCER was structured to cover the direct distribution to the three geographical areas having sales agents, supervisors and the necessary logistics.
• The 36 sales agents were precisely directed in order to control the area.
• PROCER had, at that time, about 4.750 clients.
• During this period, PROCER stand out through its seriousness, creating itself a good reputation among its partners. With some suppliers PROCER is still working today being not only one of the oldest partners but also their most serious and strong one (for example SC VINIA SA). The fact that PROCER is continuing from the begining to be main partner to such suppliers is a fact of its seriosity.

PRESENT SITUATION
• PROCER COMPANY is a national level provider and distributor in the entire Romanian market (including Key Accounts). Procer is present in the beverage department (spirits, wine, mineral water, juices, syrup), swits and cans department. The portofolio consisting in the greatest clients, the seriousness, the experience and the professional attitude are the elements that define Procer Company.
• Procer is a Romanian company specialized in COMPLETE SELES SERVICES in the entire market (including traditional plus Key Accounts) (taking orders, prompt deliveries – in maximum 48 hours on national level, maintaining the direct relations with the buyers / shop department responsibles, and also with PROCER providers; stocks took over; permanently controlled and supervised sales in the national PROCER merchandiser network; taking over the direct and urgent orders through the merchandising network.
• The experience gained in the supermarket Romanian network, the promptnes, seriousness and professional attitude can be proved with arguments and references from clients as: METRO, SELGROS, CORA, CARREFOUR, AUCHAN, REAL, SPAR, INTEREX, BILLA, XXL, PLUS, PENNY, KAUFLAND, GIMA, MEGA IMAGE, LA FOURMI, ANGST, CRIS TIM; OMV, PETROM, MOL, LUKOIL etc.; also, from hotel chains as IBIS or CONTINENTAL.

§ From 2003, PROCER is cooperarting with KEY ACCOUNTS to import and distribute exclusive brands. That’s why the IMPORT – EXPORT department, in addition to the ordinary good imports and wines exports (Japan, USA) initiates collaborations with new companies all over Europe, so that PROCER should import and deliver exclusive brands for METRO CASH&CARRY ROMANIA, respectively MOLDAVIAN REPUBLIC.
§ PROCER is an important provider in the entire supermarket network beginning with the opening moment.
